Following 2020 what should our posture be moving forward?
With all that happened in my life I spent the year on my knees. I did not have control of one thing that happened in my life or the life of my family. Being on my knees was the only way that I could find comfort and peace in all of the uncertainty.
My guest Charity Ellis had the same question –
“In a year that brought us to our knees Lord -what do we do?”
God gave the best suggestion, “We stay here.”
To move forward in a year following 2020 we must remain on our knees. It is not a natural posture, but it is a posture of submission, it is a form of bowing.
Psalm 95:6 call us to this posture.
Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker
Today Charity is going to share –
3 Things We Notice When We Live A Bowed Life
- We are saturated with humility
- Miracles erupt
- It leads to resurrection
I know you will be blessed Charity reminds us that bowing is not a giving up of our power – we get to exchange our power for His power!
Share your thoughts:
What miracles did you see erupt in the past year?
Maybe it was a year that opened up your heart.
Please take moment to think back on your year of 2020 and then share with me a miracle that God performed in your life.
