What is a table mentor?
It sounds like a serious gathering, but mentoring can take many different roles and each one is meant to guide, give direction, and provide connection.
In this episode, Sue Donaldson will share her passion for connecting people. She will explain that simply meeting with others and listening to them is mentoring them. Do that around a table with cups of coffee and some brownies and you have what Sue calls table mentoring, where we can draw others to who God really is.
Sue will share that the heart of mentoring is:
- Coming alongside others
- Sharing how God has comforted you
- Turning their eyes back to God
When we open up to others, it prompts them to open up to God.
How have you been mentored? Share a memory with me!
