When was the last time you added a bitterness block to your wall?

These “bitterness blocks” consist of the three R’s:

  • Resentment
  • Righteous anger
  • Retaliation

The truth is, we’ve all felt emotions like this at one point or another. But, left unaddressed, they can quickly build a mental or emotional wall that hinders our walk with the Lord and hurts our fellowship with others.

That’s why it is so important to actively seek restoration through prayer and careful listening to the Holy Spirit.

In this episode, I share a real-life story of how God broke down my wall of bitterness blocks so I could experience true healing and grace on the other side.

What is one way the Lord has blessed you after allowing Him to break down your wall of bitterness blocks?

When you sign up, for the next 5 days, you’ll receive Comfort in the Silence — short reflections with Scripture, encouragement, and simple prompts to help you pause, remember, and rest. Take them at your own pace. Some days you may linger, and that’s perfectly okay. You'll also be subscribed to my email newsletter where I share encouragement and stories from this side of grief.
